September 3 | Goodbye, New York
Today, I am packing my bags and getting ready to leave New York for my first international destination, Nicaragua. Tony helped me get all my stuff together. I must say that New York has been a great place to work and play. There are lots of things to do here and lots of people to meet. I will have to come back here again. Tonight, Tony is taking me to a real Broadway play. I know that we will have tons of fun! Maybe we will get to see Les Miserables or the Lion King. What a choice! I will miss New York and Tony, but Nicaragua will be fascinating, too. Oops … time to go see the “Broadway Lights.”
